The number of car crashes has declined in the United States, but the numbers of people killed by them continue to rise.

The American Society of Civil Engineers estimates that about 15% of all U.S. road fatalities each year are caused by a motor vehicle.

That’s a huge jump from less than 1% in 2009.

The new data shows that the number of people who die in car crashes every year in the U.N. system is now about 4.7 million.

The figures are not necessarily the same for the U, but they are similar.

A year ago, the United Nations estimated that there were about 5.2 million people killed in car accidents every year.

Now, the number is about 4 million.

In 2017, the U., the United Kingdom, and Australia all recorded more than 1 million fatalities.

What’s driving the rise?

One reason is that in the past, there was less public awareness of what causes crashes.

In the early 2000s, there were no nationwide statistics on the problem.

Now there are national statistics that include data on crashes.

But that means we can’t always track trends and try to predict what will happen.

Another factor is the increasing availability of data about car crashes, which means more people are getting involved in the data.

A 2017 study by the University of Texas found that car crashes were responsible for about one-third of all hospital admissions in the state of Texas.

That means if a person was killed in a car crash in the first 10 days after the crash, the death would be attributed to the car.

In addition, it means there are more data sets that track car crashes in the community, which gives us a better idea of how to reduce the number and severity of crashes.

What can be done?

It’s important to remember that we’re not talking about a new epidemic, but a problem that exists in the population at large.

There is a need to develop and enforce policies and procedures to prevent the kinds of crashes that are now occurring.

The United Nations has been working on that for decades.

In fact, a major part of the reason it was established was to create systems for preventing accidents, which is the responsibility of governments.

The government can help by doing things like making sure people have insurance and having crash-prevention programs in place, or it can do things like licensing the sale of cars.

Governments have the ability to do much more to prevent car crashes by focusing on things like increasing vehicle safety standards.

Another important thing is to reduce road-rage laws.

There are now laws in more than 30 states that restrict the use of phones and cameras at speed.

That makes it harder for drivers to avoid accidents, and it also encourages people to be more attentive to other road users.

Some states also have legislation that lets people drive with a tail light on.

If you have a light that is too bright, people can see you coming, and that encourages people not to drive when there’s no light to see you.

But if there is a car coming, people will be able to make sure to be able see what they are driving.

That is a good thing.

A major problem that we see is that we have a lot of cars on the road, and many of them are not designed to be safe.

We also have an overuse of road-building projects that increase the number, number of vehicles on the roads, which are contributing to an increasing number of accidents.

In some parts of the country, roads have been rebuilt for decades at a time when people are not being taught how to use them properly.

The more cars on roads, the more accidents that will happen, and the more dangerous the situation.

That has to change.
